Kitselas First Nation has a number of ‘fee simple’ land parcels for lease that can accommodate a wide range of development projects and needs. Learn more about the benefits of developing Kitselas lands, frequently asked questions, and hear from some of our current land developers. Depending on location of the land parcel; the lands would be subject to either the City of Terrace development and permitting process or the Regional District of Kitimat Stikine (RDKS) development and permitting process.  Depending on the area/size of parcel needed the land can be subdivided.

Access to a short-term, skilled labour force and construction services can be one of the challenges faced when looking to develop in rural areas of the province. As leaders in the local resources sector, Kitselas Development LP offers environmental and forestry training services to support local developers. Many of our members are also skilled labourers who have built experience through local construction and development projects.

Depending on need, Kitselas has fee simple lands to accommodate industrial uses. Up and coming Kitselas fee simple lands in Thornhill will have residential, commercial and industrial zoning.
